Nishtha is a product leader and senior developer working across AI, storytelling, and physical-digital products. She founded Sia to build an original storyworld and the technology around it, from creator tools to programmable ownership. She is currently at the Bennett Institute for Applied Data Science, University of Oxford, and previously built products at HubSpot and Harry's Inc. She holds an MSc in Machine Learning.

Avantika is a writer and surfer drawn to mythology, literature, memory, and the stories held by land and sea. She leads Sia's storyworld and IP development, shaping its characters, lore, and emotional core. Her work carries the depth of South Asian traditions into original stories for a new generation.

Prisha brings a marketing lens to how Sia's products and stories find their audience. She holds both a BSc in Management with Marketing and an MSc in Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has completed advanced professional training in digital marketing at Imperial College London. At Sia, she works across product positioning, audience insight, and growth at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and technology.
